Published two practitioner playbooks: The Event Registration Playbook and The Participant Journey Playbook.

A court booking and sports facility management platform built on a three-tap booking philosophy. Modules cover court reservations, summer camp registration, and academy enrolment. Targeting Lebanon first with dual USD/LBP currency support, then expanding across the GCC. Built under Pace & Flow using no-code tooling.
