Pace & Flow

Practitioner-led consultancy for sports event professionals. Services cover registration strategy, participant experience design, technology roadmapping, and revenue growth for event organisations globally. Beyond advisory, also builds the systems clients need — registration platforms, ERP and CRM tools that move clients from spreadsheets to structured dashboards with reporting, invoicing, sponsorship tracking, and expense management, and client-facing websites as part of integrated event solutions. Published two practitioner playbooks and built the proprietary PACE and FLOW frameworks.

A sports facility management system built on a three-tap booking philosophy. Covers court reservations, summer camp registration, and academy enrolment. Targeting Lebanon first with dual USD/LBP currency support, then expanding across the GCC.
